As Sales Manager, you’ll play a central role in growing our client base across North America. You’ll lead strategic conversations with property management companies who are serious about direct booking growth—and need a digital engine built to deliver.

This is a senior, high-impact role focused on selling our core services: custom websites, SEO, and paid search. You’ll own the full sales process—from outreach and discovery to pitch and close—working closely with our design, engineering, and marketing teams to craft tailored, high-conversion solutions.

Annual Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000  + Sales Incentives

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: From prospecting and discovery through proposal and close.
  • Consult with depth: Every pitch is tailored. Every recommendation is backed by data. Every deal is a fit.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work with product, strategy, and marketing to refine value
  • Own the sales cycle — from first contact to signed agreement
  • Handle inbound leads (we have a steady stream) and pursue strategic outbound when needed
  • Close deals with vacation rental operators managing 10–1,000+ homes
  • Report your numbers weekly — leads, calls, close rate, revenue
  • Stay sharp on the industry, competitors, and what matters most to vacation rental owners and managers

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in digital services, SaaS, or performance marketing
  • A proven track record of closing high-value deals—$50K to $250K projects or multi-year retainers
  • The ability to sell complex solutions with longer decision cycles, without losing momentum
  • You’re a closer: direct, fast-moving, and comfortable hearing (and overcoming) “no”
  • You sell outcomes, not features—and know how to build urgency around real business value
  • Strong communication skills across formats—you can command a room, simplify technical concepts, and follow up with precision
  • Fluency in digital performance: SEO, paid media, conversion strategy, and web fundamentals
  • A strategic, client-first mindset and a hands-on approach to moving deals forward
